  5. Uniplex II Plus is a functionally integrated package providing the three major
  6. business applications: word processing, relational database, and spreadsheet.
  7. The system is fully-integrated at the source code level and provides common
  8. commands, menu structures, and softkeys. The Uniplex word processor offers a
  9. wide range of editing, formatting, layout facilities, and an 87,000 word
  10. dictionary. A print composer allows full support of Postscript laser printers.
  11. The Uniplex database is fully relational and Informix-compatible via the C-ISAM
  12. data structure. A forms-based interface and an SQL facility are provided. The
  13. Uniplex spreadsheet offers arithmetic, statistical, financial, and logical
  14. functions. Files may be imported from Lotus spreadsheets. Industry-standard
  15. interface with ring menus is supported. Windows are available both within each
  16. application and also externally so that a user can "hot key" between several
  17. active applications.
